Do you accept returns?
Since each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, we offer a 14-Day Happiness Guarantee for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If there’s an issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting during photography.
Minor color differences are not considered defects.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t see my package.
